Beautycounter Faves

It has been a while since I’ve done a round up of my favorite Beautycounter products. They have released tons of new stuff and I’ve been slowly working my way through the products to try them out.

For anyone that has not heard of Beautycounter, I’ll give you a quick elevator pitch. It is a B Corp that focuses on safer beauty products. They are transparent with ingredients and spend tons of time, energy and money fighting in Washington DC and Canada to get stricter rules on what can be used in our families’ products. We have been using their products for a few years and I’m constantly impressed with the innovation and the commitment to their passion.

I love talking about this stuff and learning more, but let’s move on to the good stuff. Here are a couple of my new favorites:

Countermatch Recovery Night Cream

I use this stuff every night (so does my husband) and it is the best nighttime lotion I’ve ever used. It’s not too thick, but my face feels awesome the next morning. You only need one pump and it goes a long way. The whole countermatch collection uses the bio-mimic technology that uses the properties of plants to match the composition of the skin which means you get the moisture you need, but not too much.

Body Oil in Citrus Rosemary

I’ve put this on every list I’ve ever made and I’ve gifted it often. Living in MN, winter makes my skin so dry and this is the only stuff that has saved me. It smells amazing, lasts a long time and makes your skin feel wonderful.

Number 1 Brightening Facial Mist

Vitamin C is the top of many skincare lists right now. I just recently read that your best morning routine is a cleanser, then vitamin c and sun protection. I changed up my routine after reading that. This mist gives me my vitamin C in the AM and it’s super light and easy to spritz on before you moisturize. If you don’t love mists, they make a facial oil with Vitamin C.

Velvet Eyeshadow Palette in Classic

There are 3 new palettes that have been released and I go back and forth between the classic and the romantic as my favorite colors. The eye shadow stays on all day and doesn’t feel cakey when you apply it. I don’t wear eye makeup every day, so having a palette like this that gives me options without having to buy a bunch is my jam. I’ve bought most of their special release palettes in the past. They are awesome.

Touchup Skin Concealer Pen

Because everyone needs help sometimes. I don’t wear make up on my skin ever, but sometimes I have to cover stuff up. This is something I’m happy to keep in my bag of tricks because it’s small, affordable and safe.

That’s a quick round up of my favorites. If you want to try anything before you buy, have any questions or want to host a social to earn more free items, drop a comment below and we will make it happen.

The best part about all of this – they are offering 20% off their products from now until August 13th while supplies last. Shop using this link and use the code LOVE at check out. Beautycounter never offer discounts on this many products at one time, so it’s a great time to buy some. They will be releasing this information to the public tomorrow, but you have early access today.

*This does exclude their brand new products including the Countersun collection, make up sets (but you can buy individually) and the Overnight Resurfacing Peel.
